He's a mechanic for a local township and will be able to do work himself. Question is how much if fair... * Car is complete but disassembled * Was doing a clutch replacement and effort stalled 14 years... * Before that car was working great except slipping clutch * Its been heavily customized with lots of louvers and many many upgrades all done in California and professionally * Now, I'm being told that because of all the alterations the car is not worth much because it probably can never be restored to original * Price will include new clutch I bought from Colorado guy years ago with help of this forum to find, (almost $1k) I'm thinking between $30k and 40K, is that about right? I know U guys are very familiar with the car, this is on PROVOMO for reference Thanks in advance Bruce * ________________________________ From: detomaso-request@detomasolist.com <detomaso-request@detomasolist.com> Sent: Sunday, November 17, 2024 12:00 AM To: detomaso@detomasolist.com <detomaso@detomasolist.com> Subject: DeTomaso Digest, Vol 245, Issue 5 Send DeTomaso mailing list submissions to detomaso@detomasolist.com To subscribe or unsubscribe via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to detomaso-request@detomasolist.com You can reach the person managing the list at detomaso-owner@detomasolist.com When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of DeTomaso digest..." __________________________________________________________________ From: brogers@optonline.net <brogers@optonline.net> Sent: Sunday, November 17, 2024 7:05 AM To: detomaso@detomasolist.com <detomaso@detomasolist.com> Subject: Re: DeTomaso Digest, Vol 245, Issue 5 I'm selling #4748 to someone local, nice guy, and I'd like to give him the car.
