Garth, the Windsor and the Cleveland both use the same starter in a Pantera.
On a small block Ford, what determines the starter number is the ring gear size or tooth count, and nose cone depth from the mounting surface to the ring gear.

Hello everyone, now that I’ve got the AC fixed it was time for a new issue to arise. God is testing me! When driving the car into work today, it stayed perfectly cool while driving, almost too cool because of the 160° thermostat. However when I got to work and sat idling I noticed the radiator fans are not coming on while idling. The car has a Davies Craig fan controller that was working last week. And now it isn’t. It has a digital display showing water temp and it got to 210f before I shut it off. I’ll be at work all day, but what should I plan to check when I get home? I am awful with wiring and electrical issues. I do have a multimeter so I can test the relays, and I’ll check the fuses as well. Any help is appreciated. Ben Sent from my iPhone

Checking fuses is always a good start.
